Dr Deb Mills is a doctor with a passion for travel, medicine, and technology. She has a particular interest in rabies, ciguatera, needle phobia, systems based travel medicine, and the delivery of health information to travellers. She is an early adopter of social media (facebook, twitter, you tube, blog), ebooks, and iphone apps, which makes her ideally placed to share some insights about Going Global in this ever more digital world.
Dr Deb is the Medical Director of the Travel Medicine Alliance: a ten year old network of specialized travel medicine providers in 40 clinics across Australia. Her book ‘Travelling Well’, is in its 19th edition with over 200,000 copies in print, (as well as being available as ibook, kindle, pdf and app.)
